Welcome to UWG's Pre-K Program!

UWG Pre-K is a program for children who are residents of Georgia and are four years of age on or before September 1. Our program is regulated under guidelines set by Bright from the Start, a division of the Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning. We are funded by the Georgia Lottery, the University, and family paid fees.

UWG Pre-K has space for 86 students in four classes. A lottery system is used to form our initial class rosters. If seats become available, they are filled with names from our waiting list.

The University of West Georgia provides a unique opportunity through our Pre-K program to bring together our faculty, our students, and the community.

Registration forms for the 2018-2019 school year will be available on February 15, 2018.
